Hi! I'm Juliana, 28 years old, and I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

My connection with animals began over a decade ago, and it forever changed the course of my life.
It all started on a family trip in 2013. Walking through Chinatown, I saw live lobsters displayed in a restaurant window, waiting to be chosen to end up on a plate. That day, something shifted within me.

I felt a deep sadness… but also an unexpected clarity: it was empathy, it was love. I understood that if I wanted to help animals, the first step was to take them off my plate.
Despite not being understood by those around me at the time, I pressed on. That love was stronger than any criticism. From then on, I joined shelters and organizations: every Saturday I would bathe and care for newly rescued kittens, removing their fleas and giving them their first loving contact. I also participated in dog rescues, and even horse rescues. It didn't matter if it was cold, if I was tired, or if I had sleepless nights: I felt like I was exactly where I was supposed to be.

For a while, I thought my path was veterinary medicine. I studied to become a vet, but as I progressed in my studies, something felt off. The academic approach, especially concerning animal production, made me realize that wasn't where I belonged. Until one day, something different captivated me: canine language. Watching dogs communicate, express themselves, interact… it sparked my curiosity.

I started wondering what they felt, what they needed, how I could understand them better. And that's when I discovered the world of canine behavior. I trained as a dog trainer with a respectful approach, based on understanding and positive reinforcement. I practiced with Bruno, my sister's dog, and confirmed what I already suspected: working with dogs is my passion. Not to “teach them to obey,” but to help them be happy, understood, and fulfilled in a human environment.

Being vegan, an animal rights activist, and a canine educator are not separate parts of my life. They are all part of the same journey, the same vision: to build a world where animals are treated with respect, empathy, and love.

Thanks for taking the time to get to know me!
I hope we can walk a part of this journey together.

Spoiler: the problem isn't (just) your dog.

If you're looking for real change, this is the first step to understanding each other, adapting, and enjoying life together as you both deserve.
